Throughout the season, there will be many pieces that are “final sale”. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue exchanges on those items. That is why we will make sure to indicate more than one times that the item is on “final sale” and final sales pieces are not returnable. The same goes for our gift cards.
How should I care for my jewelry?
When we love our jewelry we must be able to take good care of them. Please check out our “How to care for your jewelry” page for everything you need to know!
What kind of wrapping do you use?
Every order is gift wrapped by hand in quality velvet pouch and inside a hard, shipping-friendly beautiful drawer box. If you’d like to further personalize your order, please send your request to email@example.com or be free to leave a comment in the section at checkout.
What currency do you charge in?
We currently process orders and charge in Canadian currency. Orders placed outside of Canada will be converted to your home currency through your banking provider. If you’re visiting from another country, try using xe.com to see latest currency conversions.
When are orders shipped?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and holidays.
What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is confirmed. you will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped out.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. If you need to cancel your order just reach to us through our contact form or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. Just do it quickly! All our orders are fulfilled fast because we don't want you to wait forever !
How does my gift card work?
Gift cards purchased through the website will apply to website orders. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and do not expire. Happy shopping!
How do I use my online gift card online?
If you have an online gift card you can enter the code at check out, just be sure to click the “apply” button.
Do you allow exchanges?
Yes, we do! Please see our "refund policy" for more info.
What happens if I need a repair?
In the event that you require any assistance with your beautiful piece, let us take care of you. Repairs are subject to a base fee of $30, unless quoted otherwise. We are collaborating with more than one jewelry repair stores in Toronto so please keep in mind that repair times may vary depending on their schedule. Chain breaks are not considered to be defective product. You are welcome to send your piece to us by mail, if you choose to mail it to us.
